At Valetta, we want you to love your sunglasses. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted for orders made directly through our website.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
How to Process a Return/Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at info@valettaeyewear.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process after approval.
Exchanges:
- If you’re looking to exchange your item, please specify the product you’d like as a replacement when contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items, gift cards, and any customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
