How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
We don’t like waiting — and neither should you.

How can I track my package and receive updates on its delivery status?
Follow your shades every step of the way, from our hands to yours.
As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking link straight to your inbox — no detective work required. You can track it with the tracking number that we'll provide you.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
We like to move fast — because good shades shouldn’t keep you waiting.
Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method and location, but we'll provide you with an estimated delivery range at checkout.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
Don’t stress — we’ve got you. If your package gets lost in transit or arrives looking like it went through a tornado, we’ll make it right.
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@valettaeyewear.com so that we can initiate a claim or replacement.
Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we might be able to catch it in time. Just email us ASAP at info@valettaeyewear.com with your order number and the correct address.
Once it’s out the door, though, it’s on its own adventure — and we can’t reroute it.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We get it — sometimes it’s just not the vibe.
If you’re not feelin’ your sunglasses, you’ve got 14 days from the delivery date to send them back for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
How do I process a return or exchange?
Please contact us at info@valettaeyewear.com to initiate your return or exchange. Once approved, you’ll receive further instructions.
Do I have to pay for shipping when returning a product?
We keep it real — return shipping costs are on you unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mix-up on our end.
If that’s the case, we’ll absolutely cover it.
For all other returns, you can choose your own shipping method or we’ll send you a return label and simply deduct the cost from your refund.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return and give it a quick quality check (just making sure it’s still looking fresh), we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
After that, it might take a few more days for the money to show up in your account — depending on your bank or payment method.
Products purchased with a promotion or discount code may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Depending on the promotion, we may not accept returns or exchanges for these products.

Do your sunglasses offer UV protection?
All of our lenses come with UV400 protection, which means they block 100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays. Your eyes stay safe, and you stay effortlessly cool.
How do I clean my sunglasses?
Keep your shades shining like new with these simple steps:
- Cleaning them with a microfiber cloth and always use the Valetta case to carry them. Avoid using soap and water.
- Keep them away from direct light sources for a long period.
- It is preferable not to leave the glasses upside down nor to drag them on hard surfaces, as this may scratch the lenses.
What are your sunglasses made from?
Most of our sunglasses are crafted from high-quality acetate, a premium material known for its rich colors, durability, and lightweight feel. Unlike plastic, acetate is made from renewable plant-based sources like cotton and wood fibers — making it not only stylish but more eco-conscious.
Simply put — we choose materials that look amazing and stand the test of time.
